Racetech Manufacturing Limited is the exclusive distributor of Super B Lithium Batteries for New Zealand, and a distributor for Super B Lithium Batteries in Australia. All prices displayed on this website are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise specified.

LIABILITY:

Neither the seller nor manufacturer will be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from the use or inability to determine the use of these products. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product or products for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection herewith.

RETURNS:

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.super-b.co.nz

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange please contact us and include the following information:

Your original invoice or weborder number
Which items you wish to return or exchange
Explain your reason for wanting to return the item

Please allow 1-3 business working days to receive a reply.

Returns that have not been authorised will not be accepted.

All accepted returned items will incur a restocking fee. Items valued less than $400 (incl. GST) incur a $20 restocking fee, items valued more than $400 (incl. GST) incur a $50 restocking. The balance of the items value will be held as a store credit which can be used to purchase items available on www.super-b.co.nz or www.racetech.co.nz

Faulty Items

If you believe that an item, you have purchased from www.super-b.co.nz is faulty please contact us providing as much information as you can to illustrate the fault.

If, based on the information you provide we believe the item is faulty you can return it to us for physical inspection. We will then physically inspect the item and determine whether it is in fact faulty. If the item is faulty, we will refund the cost of freight, remedy the fault, and return the item to you. If the fault cannot be remedied an alternative or replacement item will be provided. If the item is not faulty and you want it returned to you, we can organise freight and charge you for it or you can organise your own freight. Super B Lithium Batteries are based in the Netherlands. Lithium batteries are considered dangerous goods meaning they can only be freighted on surface. If we do not have stock of a replacement item then there may be delays due to transit times.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Racetech Manufacturing Limited collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.super-b.co.nz website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Racetech Manufacturing Ltd.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. motorsport involvement and credit card information. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
